Villa Carlotta is a property with great potential, however some details should be improved.
For example, there is no battery charging socket near the head of the bed, which in 2023 is a major inconvenience for cell phones.
The structure is beautiful and pleasant.
Breakfast could be improved in quantity and quality

Pulizia e cortesia sono gli standard. L'esterno della struttura (l'ingresso ed il Park) si fanno perdonare dagli interni curati e dal bel parco con piscina. Molto professionali anche se il chiedere il numero di camera a colazione non è indice di organizzazione e perfetto controllo di ciò che accade dentro. Colazione cmq ok.

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà .ambiente sporco di scarsa qualità,personale poco cordiale. Non è affatto un quattro stelle. Ha le potenziali ma abbandonato da tempo. Al check out non ti danno la possibilità di usufruire della piscina. Non hanno un phon in tutta la struttura

Location all'impatto non ti dà l'area di hotel a 4 stelle. Struttura con dettagli trascurati. La camera do la sufficienza è accogliente è pulita, ma i materassi non erano comodi per il mio tipo di standard.La colazione molto deludente con il minimo essenziale. I servizi pessimi, domenica mi ritrovo in piscina senza sdraio perché già riservati suppongo a gente esterna perché ad ogni sdraio c'era il cognome e per me che ero alloggiato li dopo una lamentela hanno dovuto risolvere il problema recuperando sdraio da qualche parte.Piscina sporca da insetti e non pulita abbastanza.Le sdraio molte vecchie, pavimento in legno trascurato. Il mio check in di pomeriggio é stato ben accogliente dal ragazzo della reception. Al prezzo avrei dato qualcosa in meno perché non ne vale la pena. Mi dispiace sono rimasto insoddisfatto.

Ho pernottato per la mia prima volta in questo hotel di Ragusa per ragioni di lavoro insieme ad altri colleghi . Buon hotel con una bella piscina anche se non l’ho utilizzata. Camera ok per dimensioni e pulizia . Anche la colazione è stata ok perché ci stavano diverse pietanze da poter gustare.

Buon hotel a quattro stelle. Camera ampia e dotata di molti confort. Letto grande. Bagno pulito e spazioso. Mini bar fornito con due bottiglie piccole di acqua naturale e gasata. La finestra (porta-finestra con mini-terrazzo) si apre sul giardino con piscina (non usata in quanto il tempo era sfavorevole). Dalla finestra la mattina presto entra un po' troppa luce.
