Villa Carlotta is a property with great potential, however some details should be improved.
For example, there is no battery charging socket near the head of the bed, which in 2023 is a major inconvenience for cell phones.
The structure is beautiful and pleasant.

Se le premesse hanno un senso, vedendo le condizioni del parcheggio - buio e pieno di erbacce - avremmo dovuto girare l’auto e andar via. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti consecutive avendo purtroppo prenotato per l’intero weekend. La struttura in se non sarebbe male se non fosse per il fatto che versa in uno stato di evidente decadenza e, considerando che viene venduta come un boutique hotel la cosa è parecchio fastidiosa. Il personale, risicato all’osso - con il portiere costretto a prepararci e servirci la colazione - altro che hotel 4 stelle, è comunque gentile e disponibile. Questa e la pulizia degli ambienti e della camera sono le poche cose positive che abbiamo potuto riscontrare. L’impressione complessiva è quella di trovarsi in un hotel di categoria inferiore peraltro gestito male. Se ne servisse una conferma sarebbe data dalla inadeguatezza e dalla pessima qualità della prima colazione servitaci. Ora, pur comprendendo che si sia in bassa stagione - eravamo pochissimi clienti - non capisco come si possa pensare di gestire un hotel con le modalità già descritte. Se non si può o non si vuole sostenere economicamente una qualità adeguata agli standard imposti dalla categoria di classificazione della struttura, costringendo i clienti a pagare a fronte di un pessimo servizio offerto, sarebbe probabilmente meglio chiudere per ferie e riaprire in periodi di stagione più propizi.

Hotel a Ragusa, non in centro
Buon hotel a quattro stelle. Camera ampia e dotata di molti confort. Letto grande. Bagno pulito e spazioso. Mini bar fornito con due bottiglie piccole di acqua naturale e gasata. La finestra (porta-finestra con mini-terrazzo) si apre sul giardino con piscina (non usata in quanto il tempo era sfavorevole). Dalla finestra la mattina presto entra un po' troppa luce.

Pulizia e cortesia sono gli standard. L'esterno della struttura (l'ingresso ed il Park) si fanno perdonare dagli interni curati e dal bel parco con piscina. Molto professionali anche se il chiedere il numero di camera a colazione non è indice di organizzazione e perfetto controllo di ciò che accade dentro. Colazione cmq ok.

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà .ambiente sporco di scarsa qualità,personale poco cordiale. Non è affatto un quattro stelle. Ha le potenziali ma abbandonato da tempo. Al check out non ti danno la possibilità di usufruire della piscina. Non hanno un phon in tutta la struttura
